This privacy policy governs your use of the software application JoinMe.at ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by IncorporateApps . Protecting your privacy is really important to Incorporate Apps/JoinMe (“we,” “our,” or “us”.) With this in mind, we’re providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that we receive through our app and services, which are accessible via our mobile device application (the “App”). ANY INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED VIA OUR SERVICES IS COVERED BY THE PRIVACY POLICY IN EFFECT AT THE TIME SUCH INFORMATION IS COLLECTED. WE MAY REVISE THIS PRIVACY POLICY FROM TIME TO TIME. 2. INFORMATION THE APPLICATION OBTAINS AND HOW IT IS USED
If you choose to use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may work with analytics companies such as Google Analytics to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We collect certain information about your mobile device when you use our Services, like a device identifier, user settings, the operating system of your device, information about your use of our Services while using the mobile device. We may use this information to provide the Services and to improve and personalise our Services for you .

We collect, but never store, information about your location when you use our App, which makes use of cell/mobile tower triangulation, wifi triangulation, and/or GPS. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings, disable location permission inside the Android operating system or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
The Application requires the access to your mobile device's location and image storage applications to display events nearby or create events from your device.
Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
3. ACCOUNT INFORMATION
In order to create an event you need an active Facebook account. You can use our app without registration, but for creating events we use standard Facebook authorisation. Don't worry, you can post events anonymously, but we still need you to be logged in first. When you create an event or login with Facebook we will collect your public Facebook profile, your Facebook ID, Facebook profile picture, Facebook user name. You can also grant us access to your email, events, friends list and likes. You can revoke a permission or completely logout from your Facebook account within the app settings.
4. KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION AFTER TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Following termination or uninstallation of the Application we may retain information you have provided to us such as event images or event and user profile information for backup or archival purposes. If you wish more information or request your information permanently deleted from our Services, please contact us

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We transfer all data via a secure SSL connection to our servers. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
